Linux Leather International is dedicated to providing you with premium leather and non-leather apparel and accessories. At Linux Leathers, we can assure you of only the best in quality of products and shopping experience. All our products are as described, and our leather is only premium quality leather.

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to.
    • For non-promotional items, shipping is FREE for many products advertised on our store.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • We ship worldwide.

      When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. On most shipments please allow 14 - 30 days for delivery.

    • In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected and sometimes it depends on your destination (for certain geographical locations it can take up to 45 days to arrive). Your patience is truly appreciated. You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding your purchase at leatherage34@gmail.com. Our customer service is quick and responsive. (If you do not hear from us right away, it is most likely because we are extremely busy with other queries or order processing. But, rest assured, we will get back to you in no more than 24 hours on Monday - Friday.)

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

    • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Many of our items have FREE Shipping. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  • Can I have a tracking number?
    • Just in case we have not provided one, it usually becomes available 2 days after shipment. 
    • But we do guarantee delivery so there's no need to worry.
    •  If you haven't received your item within 25 days please let us know.

    • I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
      • We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
    • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email wrong or mistyped. Throughout the order fulfillment processwe send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

        If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
    • Are the "FREE" items really free?

      • YES! For our promotional items, all you have to pay is the shipping cost. The price of the item itself is
        $0.00 :)
    • What is your refund / exchange policy?

      • We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.
      • Kindly return it to us in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
      • Please email us and we will give you detailed directions on how to go about the exchange/refund process. 
      • Please Note: Although many of our items ship directly from our USA warehouse, certain "special order" items ship directly from our international vendors. 

        Please Note: Customer pays return shipping on exchanges and refunds. For international orders, due to higher international shipping rates, we also charge for shipping on any exchange items shipped out. Though we do not charge the customer for shipping on the "Free Shipping" products, we do deduct our shipping fees when issuing a refund for return.
